In the event of the Client removing card details from the secure system, or the card being declined by the bank, the Client agrees to register a replacement card on the accounts system or to set up a Direct Debit with FirstUK Tutors Ltd. FirstUK Tutors Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel Tutoring for any Client who fails to pay invoices on time and does not provide FirstUK Tutors Ltd with a method of payment via registered card or Direct Debit.
